Our journey began with Syed Abdul Rasheed Shah, almaroof Syed Rafiq Shah Rafiquie, who migrated from Maqbooza Kashmir to Azad Jammu Kashmir with a sincere mission to spread Islamic knowledge and serve the community through Quranic education. His dedication to teaching and preaching laid a strong foundation built on faith, scholarship, and service one that has continued across generations.
This sacred legacy was carried forward by Syed Muhammad Tayyab Rafiqi, followed by Syed Mehboob Ul Hasan and Syed Irfan Rafiqi, each of whom devoted their lives to preserving and teaching the Holy Quran. Today, this responsibility is upheld by Syed Usama Bukhari, who continues to expand this mission while remaining firmly rooted in traditional Islamic scholarship and values.
For decades, our community has benefited from multiple Quranic schools where students have been taught Quran recitation, Urdu English translation, and Tafsir using authentic and trusted methods. With the launch of our Online Quran Academy, we aim to extend this same high-quality education beyond geographical boundaries, making it accessible to students worldwide while preserving the integrity of our ancestral methodology.
