Our academy is built upon a long-standing tradition of Quranic service that began with Syed Abdul Rasheed Shah (Syed Rafiq Shah Rafiquie), who dedicated his life to teaching and spreading Islamic knowledge after migrating from Maqbooza Kashmir to Azad Jammu & Kashmir. His efforts established a strong foundation of faith, learning, and community service that continues to inspire our work today.
This responsibility was faithfully carried forward by successive generations, including Syed Muhammad Tayyab Rafiqi, Syed Mehboob Ul Hasan, and Syed Irfan Rafiqi, each of whom played a vital role in preserving authentic Quranic teaching within local communities. Their commitment ensured that the Quran was taught with accuracy, respect, and spiritual depth.
Today, this mission continues under Syed Usama Bukhari, who leads the academy with a vision to extend this sacred trust beyond physical classrooms. Through our online platform, we now serve students around the world while remaining firmly rooted in the traditional methods and values passed down through generations.
